I know, I know. I’ve been kind of MIA, but this college ”thing” is driving me nuts! As a fairly recent vegan, I’m still yet discovering all the amazing recipes that fruit and veggies can provide. Don’t get me wrong, I already loved vegetables and fruit, but I’m even more obsessed now (if that’s even possible). Today, I’m bringing you today’s breakfast, this delicious and humongous smoothie bowl. It’s so simple you won’t even believe it.
2 ripe bananas
A hand full of raspberries
A hand full of blueberries
About 3 Tspoons of soy/almond milk
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and just blend until you get a creamy smoothie consistency (I told you it was difficult). You can top it off with whatever you want. In this particular time I added 1 kiwi and some chia seeds, but you can really add anything you like.
